However, if I were to stop there, that would be very unfair. But blaming others for his shortcomings and not accepting fault when relationships go wrong ("I tell the truth, and I keep runnin'"). Yes, we should all love ourselves to an extent. It wasn't until I listened to 808's and Heartbreak that I realized how truly narcissistic Kanye is.

Now, I think that influence is very negative and led to some very bad songs being released from other artists, but we can ignore that for now. I would say it was a very influential hip-hop album.
